This template returns a language name from a language code. Alternatively, if a language name is given, it returns the same name.

Usage

This template uses only one unnamed parameter, the language code or name.

Examples

• {{langname|en}} returns ఇంగ్లీషు
• {{langname|English}} returns మూస:langname/name
• {{langname|Ido}} returns మూస:langname/name
• {{langname|pt}} returns పోర్చుగీస్
• {{langname|Portuguese}} returns మూస:langname/name

Invalid or unknown language:

• {{langname|xyzzy}} produces మూస:xyzzy
• {{langname|Some Other}} produces మూస:langname/name
